Cozy Writing is a DBA (Doing Business As) of Finseth Lifestyle & Creative LLC, a registered business in the United States. Throughout this agreement, "Cozy Writing Co.," “Cozy Writing,” "we," "our," and "us" refer to Finseth Lifestyle & Creative LLC operating as Cozy Writing.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website (the "Website"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If that sounds too serious—don’t worry, we’re all about fun here, but the lawyers made us say this. By continuing to use the Website after updates are made to these Terms and Conditions, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

Refund Policies

Digital Products

All sales of digital products are final, since they're delivered instantly (like magic, but with better WiFi). If you experience any technical issues or need assistance, send an email to hello@cozywriting.com, and we'll get it sorted ASAP.

Correspondence Memberships

Our correspondence memberships (including Can I Tell You Something? and Run It By Me) work a little differently than our digital products, so here are a few extra details.

Renewals

Memberships renew automatically each month until canceled.

Cancellations

You can cancel your membership at any time from your customer account. Your membership will remain active through your current billing period, and you won't be charged again after that. If you ever run into trouble, just email me and I'll be happy to help.

Mailing Schedule

Any physical letters included with your membership are typically mailed once each month, usually during the first week.

Your First Letter

If you join after that month's letters have already gone out, I won't make you wait a month. I'll get your first letter headed your way as soon as I reasonably can.

Address Changes

Please make sure your mailing address stays up to date. If you move, send me your new address before the next mailing.

Lost or Delayed Mail

Once a letter has been handed over to the postal service, I can't guarantee how quickly (or creatively) it travels. If something seems to have gone missing, please get in touch and I'll do my best to make it right.

Email Correspondence

Some correspondence memberships include email conversations in addition to physical mail. While I do my best to respond promptly during business days, response times may vary during weekends, holidays, vacations, or other times when I'm busy being a human.

Dispute Resolution

Before taking any legal action, we both agree to attempt to solve things like civilized humans—or at least via email. If that doesn’t work, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Idaho law (which sounds super official, but basically means no lawsuits, just a neutral third party).

User Content

If you submit content to the Website (reviews, comments, love letters, etc.), you grant us a worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute it in any existing or future media. In short: If you tell us how much you love our templates, we might quote you on it.
