Cozy Writing is a DBA (Doing Business As) of Finseth Lifestyle & Creative LLC, a registered business in the United States. Throughout this agreement, "Cozy Writing Co.," “Cozy Writing,” "we," "our," and "us" refer to Finseth Lifestyle & Creative LLC operating as Cozy Writing.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website (the "Website"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Refund Policy

All sales are final, since digital products are delivered instantly (like magic, but with better WiFi). If you experience any technical issues or need assistance, send an email to hello@cozywriting.com, and we’ll get it sorted ASAP.

Before taking any legal action, we both agree to attempt to solve things like civilized humans—or at least via email. If that doesn’t work, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Idaho law (which sounds super official, but basically means no lawsuits, just a neutral third party).

If you submit content to the Website (reviews, comments, love letters, etc.), you grant us a worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute it in any existing or future media. In short: If you tell us how much you love our templates, we might quote you on it.
