Welcome to the Cozy Writing Co. Affiliate Program! By signing up, you agree to the following terms & conditions. Boring, I know, but it keeps things smooth, cozy, and legally legit.

TL;DR

Welcome! You earn 40% commissions. You promise to share honestly, use approved assets, disclose affiliate links, don’t be spammy, and don’t recreate or resell our products. (Basically: don’t be a dick.) We reserve the right to remove affiliates who misbehave (or whose energy doesn’t match ours). If anything changes, we’ll let you know. Cool? Cool.

Acceptance Into the Program

Submitting an application doesn’t guarantee approval. We review for vibe alignment, authenticity, and to make sure you’re a real human. You’ll receive a notification when you’re accepted.

Just note: We reserve the right to approve, deny, or remove affiliates at any time, for any reason (ya feel?).

Commission Details

You earn 40% commission on qualifying purchases made through your unique affiliate link.

How you get paid:

  • Commissions are tracked automatically by Peach’s (our affiliate platform).

  • Payments are issued via PayPal (or as otherwise specified in the Program dashboard).

  • Payouts are processed according to the current payout schedule in the dashboard.

  • Refunds or chargebacks void the commission for that transaction.

We try to keep things running smoother than a freshly rewound cassette tape, but delays may happen. If so, email us and we’ll sort it out.

Cookie Window

All affiliate links currently use a 30-day cookie window.

That means if someone clicks your link and purchases within 30 days, you get the credit.

If we extend or adjust the cookie duration in the future, you’ll be notified (with confetti… probably).

Promo Guidelines (aka The Fun-and-Not-Fine-Print)

We want sharing Cozy Writing Co. to feel natural, authentic, and… well… totally awesome. So here’s the deal:

Do:

✔ Use our approved mockups & assets
✔ Share authentically in your own voice
✔ Add helpful commentary & experiences
✔ Disclose affiliate relationships (a legal must—“This contains affiliate links!” works)

Don’t:

🚫 Pretend or claim to be Cozy Writing Co. or one of our employees
🚫 Create paid ads using our branding or name
🚫 Offer your own coupons, discounts, or modified pricing
🚫 Share, recreate, or redistribute any of our products
🚫 Use misleading, spammy, or AI-bot-gone-wild marketing tactics

Basically: be a good human. Promote ethically. Don’t be weird (unless it’s the fun kind).

No Misrepresentation

You may not claim that Cozy Writing Co. endorses you, guarantee results to customers, or present affiliate links in a misleading way. Keep it awesome, honest, and real.

Intellectual Property

All Cozy Writing Co. products, designs, images, and digital assets belong to us.

You are granted permission to use:

  • approved mockups

  • transparent images

  • text-free images

  • logos and brand elements

    only for promotional use as part of this Program.

You may not copy, resell, recreate, or distribute the products themselves.
(Our templates are flattered you love them. But they’re spoken for.)

Fraud Prevention

We may withhold or cancel commissions if:

  • orders are refunded

  • suspicious activity occurs

  • self-referrals happen

  • Program rules are violated

This protects you (and everyone else in the Program).

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your participation at any time if:

  • guidelines are violated

  • links are misused

  • content is harmful, hateful, or wildly off-brand

  • you ghost us harder than a forgotten writing project

You may also leave the Program whenever you’d like—just send a quick email.

Any pending legitimate commissions will still be paid out.

Limitation of Liability

We’re not responsible for:

  • lost commissions due to technical errors

  • issues with third-party platforms

  • damages arising from participation in the Program (although we can’t figure out what those might be; our lawyers say we have to warn you anyway)

We do our best, but we can’t promise the Internet won’t act out sometimes.

Changes to the Program

We reserve the right to update commissions, rules, policies, or program structure at any time.

If we do, you’ll get a friendly heads-up—likely sprinkled with emojis.

Continuing to participate means you agree to the updated terms.

Governing Law

Any disputes arising from this Program will be handled under Idaho law, through binding arbitration if needed (because lawsuits sound exhausting for everyone involved).
